Automatic updating pivot table

You need to force a refresh every time there are changes. You can also by selecting any cell in the Pivot Table and using the keyboard shortcut ALT F5.

You will also need event code to refresh your pivot table but first let's build an Excel defined table.To update changes in the Pivot table that was made in the data set follow this steps : Changes that are made in the original data like adding or deleting a row or column, for that you need to update your Pivot Table as well.You can update for Pivot Table for the required changes that are made in the Source Data by following the steps below: When you change the Data set it automatically does not get updated in the Pivot table.
