When I called Sirius, they said they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it - although no estimate of when that would be done.I asked about an adjustment to my bill, and they said they would credit the time it was not working - but sounded like that was only because I asked.I’m only able to listen to the 15 or so stations I had pre-set on my radio. I had same problem (not listing stations) on my 2017 Forester. I will give a couple of days then I am cancelling it. Refreshing the signal, updating radio firmware, and replacing the radio will NOT fix this issue. Please read this forms before you report AS THIS IS NOW A KNOWN ISSUE..

I drove my car for about 3 hours without the radio on and the next day on a whim I pressed the category button and magically all categories showed up. She told me to contact my local subaru dealer and have them 'fix' the problem!! I bought the car July 2018, minimals on it and this is the third radio. I brought my 2018 Forrester in to the dealer and they installed two "updates" but it didn't fix the issue. My understanding is that when XM fixed this the fix will magically float into my radio and all will be well. firmware issue caused when Sirius XM “improved” their channels in mid aug. I did embedded software/firmware for 35 years to me ur sounds like they have an issue supporting more than 128 ( or 256 or 512 or 1028...,) channels (or thingys if you prefer) if so it may be a hardware issue which would require a new board to be designed, tested and put in production.We apologize for the inconvenience and we are aware of the issue and working on a fix.You are still able to listen by using the knob to tune or directly tuning to the channel of your choice. I told her I called XM several times and they either claimed not to know about it or told me to call the dealer or told me they are fixing it or tried to send me a refresh signal which we all know doesn't work. I told them I called my dealer who told me to call XM.Then told me they can't do anything about it because it is an XM problem.
